Valtti Akvabase
Data Sheet - Valtti Akvabase
Description
Waterborne priming oil for wood in external use. Based on plant oils. Valtti Akvabase penetrates well into the timber and protects wood against weathering, slowing down moisture penetration and microbial growth.
Examples of use
Valtti Akvabase is suitable for exterior protection and priming of sawn and planed timber, as well as for logs and impregnated wood before finishing treatment. Finishing coats are recommended to be applied as soon as possible, because colorless priming oil does not protect the wood surface from the adverse effects of sun light. Tinted Valtti Akvabase gives the surface better protection. Valtti Akvabase can be tinted to a wood color. Follow instructions carefully. Usage for other purposes and against instructions is forbidden.
