CRAIGSHILL HOLLEY GROVE

Location: Craigshill Holley Grove new build
Project: All timber and masonry substrates.

Valtti were invited to supply high performance coatings for 40 new, single and 2-storey houses in Craigshill.

The painted substrates on these properties were required to fall into a five-year repainting cycle, in order to reduce maintenance costs from initial build.

Valtti was perfect for this project due to the extremely durable nature of the paint we supply, which over the increased period of protection offsets the cost of scaffold and labour, as regular repainting is not required.

The development consists of housing built using very modern materials for example Larch cladding, factory finished windows, doors, frames and screens.

The materials arrived for Almond Housing Association on site from the factory with Valtti products already applied.

Valtti are often called in to solve problems or refurbish at first maintenance stage. However, our products were used from outset on this modern site. We believe this shows real confidence in the effectiveness of the products we supply.
