Large Masonry Projects Underway

This summer the VALTTI team are very happy to be continuing our work in the city of Glasgow. Currently we have a number of large projects underway one of the most noteable being the 4 storey flats at Balgrayhill.

To date we have supplied Valtti Finngard Primer S and Valtti Finngard Opaque to phase one of the regeneration project and the results are above even our expectations.

Sympathetic colour choice coupled with minor structural improvements have allowed our client to give the buildings a very cost effective new lease of life which is not only good for them but also massively benneficial to the residents of the area.

Providing the great Scottish weather gives us a break sometime this month hopefully we will be in a position to get phases three, four and five underway aiming to have the whole project finished by Autumn.

Balgrayhill is a fantastic demonstration of how our paint coupled with good color choice can totally transform the look of a building and the feel of an area, whilst providing an extremely durable form of structural protection.

Having worked on projects like this for over 20 years we still get a great sense of achievement from providing our clients with cost effective high quality results like the ones seen in Balgrayhill.
